On-chain payments
Create an order to receive the amount due and a hosted cashier URL. The buyer pays in USDT or USDC, funds go to your configured receiving address, and we notify your webhook after blockchain confirmation.
Payouts
Send USDT (TRC / ERC) or USDC (ERC only) from merchant payout balance to a destination.
Hosted cashier
Use the complete cashier URL returned by the API—do not build it yourself. Buyers see the asset, amount, network, address, and countdown; you handle the redirect and fulfill only after verifying the signature.
Real-time payment matching
Pending orders with the same amount, address, and time window are matched separately, preventing identical transfers from being assigned to the same order. Support teams can rely on order status instead of block-explorer screenshots.

You configure the receiving address
Configure receiving addresses in the dashboard so buyers can pay them directly. Fees and payouts use merchant balance, which is accounted for separately from on-chain payments.
Signed APIs and webhooks
API requests are signed. Verify each webhook signature before updating an order.
Source-address screening
Inbound addresses can be flagged so finance can decide whether to fulfill. This is an ops signal, not a marketing score.
Payouts use the requested address
USDT and USDC payouts are sent from the corresponding merchant balance to the address provided in the request, separately from payment collection.

Cross-border orders need a paid event
Your system already has orders; it needs a reliable payment confirmation. The cashier, signed webhook, and query API turn an on-chain transfer into a verified paid event. Buyers can use USDT or USDC.
You need payouts as well as payments
Agent commissions, user withdrawals, and supplier settlements require outbound transfers in USDT or USDC.

Collections land in the receiving address. Fees and payouts use prepaid balance.

No. Buyers pay your configured receiving address, while fees and payouts are deducted from merchant balance. Even after funds arrive on-chain, you still need enough merchant balance to cover fees and send payouts.
Usually the transfer arrived after expiry, or the amount, asset or chain does not match the order. Check the amount, network, and whether the order is still valid; an inbound transfer can be linked to the order in dashboard transaction history.
On-chain collections are already in your wallet; you do not withdraw them to yourself. A payout sends merchant payout balance to an external address — for users or channels — in USDT or USDC.
Collection and payout support USDT on TRC / ERC, and USDC on ERC only. USDC is not offered on Tron.
Yes. There is no account-opening, integration, monthly or annual fee. We only charge a collection fee on successful orders (from 0.5%). Payout fees follow the dashboard.
No. Redirect the buyer to the cashier URL returned by the create-order API, verify webhook signatures, and use the query API as a fallback. Do not build the cashier URL yourself.
The signed field set or concatenation order does not match the docs, or appSecret was appended to the source string. The algorithm is HMAC-MD5 and the secret is only the HMAC key. Recalculate against the signing example first.
